Licensing

All uses of Marc’s work (e.g. in magazines, books, etc.), whether commercial or not, are subject to a use fee, which depends on the following parameters:

• Purpose of use
• Number of photos used
• Print size
• Print run
• Duration of use

Please send your requests to look@marcrodenberg.com. After learning about the kind and volume of your up upcoming project, as well as the title of the photographs you are interested in, a quote will be submitted back to you as soon as possible.

Please note that all works are protected by German copyright law. Apart from the mere sharing of blog posts to informative purposes and other exceptions authorized by the artist, an appropriate license is to be purchased for all uses. Any other unauthorized use entails legal consequences. Independently, a penalty is charged in addition to the regular use fee.
